MOVEMENT IS THE SECRET! We’ll combine familiar yoga, pilates, and fitness techniques with a unique focus on your body’s joint complexes—from your fingers to your toes!
APRIL 14: HELPING HANDS—Strengthen Hands, Wrists, & Forearms
Take home tons of tips to improve your grip strength and feel more confident in yoga and pilates poses like plank and downward-facing dog, plus daily tasks like carrying and holding objects. Class will also include work with light dumbbells.
APRIL 21: FEET FIRST—Mobilize & Strengthen Feet & Ankles
Our theme this week is balance and fall prevention, and we will practice moving in multiple planes of motion. Experience the stability of the foot’s many joints in a variety of standing yoga poses, and increase your agility with plyometric motions like marching, hopping, and foot taps.

EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES OF YOGA FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE! This super-accessible class offers many options for all who choose to try. With props to cushion and blocks to lengthen, we can find a comfortable seat, take some relaxing breaths, and move our bodies to safely experience the benefits of the whole practice of yoga—body, mind, and spirit.

Breathe, move, and flow with energizing vinyasas that connect movement with breath. You'll be guided through a dynamic sequence of postures that build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and presence. Expect creative transitions, an uplifting pace, and options to modify or amplify depending on your needs. You’ll finish grounded, refreshed, and reconnected!

Improve your balance and strengthen leg, hip, and core muscles! Class is geared for beginning and intermediate students, and you’re welcome to join us for one session or all!

IN-STUDIO with Lauren Weinhold
Join for 1 or all 3 weeks to strengthen your arms, hands/grip, chest, shoulders, and core—amp up your upper body with a pilates approach using hand weights, resistance bands, weighted balls, and bodyweight movements!
